Flying Trapeze Australia Pty Ltd - Refund Policy

Bookings & Rescheduling

Bookings will not be refunded unless a valid medical certificate is received. Cancellations for all other reasons are non-refundable. Any rescheduling requires a minimum of 72 hours notice before the scheduled class time. Changes to private bookings and group bookings of 4 or more persons will require 1 weeks notice.

Flying Trapeze Australia Pty Ltd reserves the right to cancel classes for any reason. Whist this is a rare ocurrence, a full refund will be offered or you may re-book at the time of cancellation.

Weather Cancellations

Outdoor classes that are cancelled by Flying Trapeze Australia due to wet/hot weather. Students will be credited one full class that must be completed within 3 months from the date of the class that was cancelled. This class can be re-booked at our indoor centre. If the class is cancelled after 30 minutes from the scheduled class time, no class will be credited.

This excludes '3rd Party' vouchers they must reschedule before the expiry date of the voucher. If the class is cancelled after 30 minutes from the scheduled class time, no class will be credited.

Term Classes

Only 1 make-up class allowed per term. Places are subject to availability. 

Class Passes

Class Passes (5 classes in 5 weeks) are non-transferable, non-refundable and must be used within 5 weeks from the first class.

5 class pass

This pass is valid for 3 months from first date used. It is non- transferable, no refundable. Cannot be redeemed in term classes or at our outdoor locations. Can be used in any casual flying trapeze classes.

Daily Deal Vouchers

• Offer expires - no extensions will be offered
• Bookings essential online via the link provided on the voucher
• Bookings can be made 24 hours from the deal ending, bookings will not be accepted prior to this date
• Not valid with any other offer
• Bookings are essential and subject to availability
• Minimum 4 students to confirm class
• Students must be 7 years or over
• 1 week cancellation policy or voucher is void.
• No cash value or cash back
• Voucher must used in one visit
• If you arrive more than 10 minutes late your voucher is void.
• Contact information for the Flying Trapeze Centre can be found on the voucher 
  

Testimonials and Photographs

All information submitted as testimonials, and all photographs or videos submitted to the Flying Trapeze Centre may be made publicly accessible on our website and in any other of our media content, they may also be shared with the press or other media.

Media Coverage

Whilst attending a class or any other activity at Flying Trapeze Australia Pty Ltd, you may be photographed or filmed by the media at any time. Unless you have objected to our staff prior to participating in the activities, Flying Trapeze Australia Pty Ltd will not accept any responsibility or liability for your privacy.
