Flying TrapezeOur flying trapeze workshops are conducted by experienced trainers. Small class sizes, appropriate safety equipment (including harness and nets) and a supportive environment ensures a rewarding experience for all levels of Flying Trapeze. All flying trapeze classes include beginners trampoline to increase body awareness in the air and confidence landing in the net. Please click here to enquire >> Beginner TrapezeDuring you first workshop you will be taught a basic knee-hang starting on a low bar. Then it's over to the ladder to climb up to the platform which sits 7 meters above the ground. You will practice (in safety lines) hooking your knees and taking your hands off whilst swinging above the net. This is practiced a couple of times to get the timing right so you can make a catch with one of our instructors just like you see in the circus!
